Adaptive reuse of an existing tile factory and its site into to a convention center and heritage hospitality. The design stays true to the existing structure's character by ensuring the form has been evolved in a style reminiscent of the colonial period. It spans over 20000sq.ft and can accommodate multiple functions at the same time, houses an outdoor theater space with a spectacular view of the valley beneath. materials used for the project have been primarily manufactured from the exisiting factory. Materials from the demolished portions were effectively reused and integrated into the newly constructed structure.
