Maayaa - Hillside Resort and Villas stays true to its roots and shares the same basic design ethos as its sibling, Maayaa - Riverside Resort and Villas, with its strong tropical modernist influence. However, it also tries to carve its own identity as well by venturing into traditional Chettinad architecture as well as taking some cues from Spanish architecture. The careful amalgamation of these multiple characters is what gives Maayaa Hillside Resort and Villas its unique character. Lush tropical greenery and waterbodies spread across the property manages to tie the various blocks together .

The whole project spreads across 16 acres and is proposed to comprise the resort as well as 86 weekend homes .
